The Razza Multipurpose Oven Tool was developed in collaboration with Dan Richer and Razza. It is twice as thick as a standard turner, and is designed to take a beating in the pizza oven.
It can be used to turn pizzas, add firewood and manage a wood fire. The flat sides can be used to scrape the stone deck or brick floor of a pizza oven to scrape off burnt on food.
The Razza Multipurpose Oven Tool is 7.5” wide and is available in either 304 stainless steel or seasoned carbon steel.
How to choose a Razza Multipurpose Oven Tool
- Select either Seasoned Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel
- Handle Length. The Razza Multipurpose Oven Tool use a 2 Hole Handle, which is 3/4” in diameter. When choosing a handle length, consider how deep your oven is, but also how much space you have around your oven. If you have lots of space, longer handles can be easier to use and tend to not get as hot with extended usage. If you have a tighter space, like a small kitchen or food truck, you may select a shorter handle to keep the tool maneuverable.
